Private accounts, stories that need a login, age-restricted posts and deleted videos can't be downloaded. Check that the post is public and that you copied the link of a single video.
Can I download the audio only?
Yes. When a video has sound, pick the Audio (MP3) option and DownloadReel saves just the audio.
Is it legal to download videos?
Downloading your own videos, or videos you have permission to use, is fine. Don't re-upload other people's content without their permission, and respect each creator's copyright.
